General Director
Mr Sao Roeun has over four decades of professional experience. He has spent a decade in the Micro Finance sector. He is one of the founders who joined the organization at its inception in 2000 as Branch Manager. He was promoted to be Deputy Director in 2005, and then to the position of General Director in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Public Administration Degree from IPA awarded in 1991. |

Operation Manager
Mr Sin Sinn was born in 1978 and joined CBIRD in 2003 as Credit Agent. Prior to this, he was a Credit Officer for Handicap International (ADC Project) from 2002 to 2003.He was promoted to Credit Supervisor in 2004, and Branch Manager at Pailin Province in 2005. He was appointed Human Resources Manager in 2008, and subsequently Senior Operations Manager. In 2008 he gained his Masters Degree in General Management from the University of Management and Economics. |

Finance Manager
Born in 1985, she joined with CBIRD MFI since 2004. She was promoted to be Finance Manager in 2010 and Accountant Manager in 2009. She was to be an Accountant Officer Assistant (Head Office) in 2005, Cashier (Battambang) in 2004. She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in the field of Accounting in 2005. She is holding MBA major in Finance from the Royal University of Law and Economics. |

Admin-HR Manager
Mr. Kim Buntith, born in 1952, joined CBIRD MFI in 2003. He was the Administrator Assistant of the Harvard Training Program in Cambodia (HTPC) organization in Siem Reap Province from 1994-1997. He gained considerable experience as Field Manager and Database Office for the Cambodia Family Development services (CFDS) organization in Battambang Province from 1997- 2003. He also has more than 14 year experience as Director of Primary Schools and Office Chief, Administration of Education in Banteay Meanchey Province.
He holds a Bachelor Degree of Law. |

Credit Manager
Mr. Rem Poleak was born in 1976, and spent two years as a teacher at Bat Trang Primary School located in BanteayMeanchey Province. He holds a Bachelor of Management Degree specializing in Managerial Economics from the University of Management and Economics. He joined CBIRD in 2002 as Credit Agent. He was a Branch Manager in Battambang Province in 2004, and he was promoted to be Credit Manager in 2008. |

IT Manager
Mr. Yuom Theara is 28 years old and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering Degree from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He joined CBIRD in 2007 as IT Assistant. He was promoted to IT Manager in 2009. He has considerable experience in Database, Web Development and he has been working as a Lecturer of IT since 2005. |

Internal Auditor
Before holding his current position as an Internal Auditor of CBIRD MFI since early 2008, he had been an Accountant at CBIRD Battambang Branch. He has attended numerous training courses on Internal Audit, Tax Compliance, Strategic and Business Planning, and joined workshop hosted by ADA, Luxembourg. He obtained a Bachelor of Accounting in 2007 from University of Management and Economics. |
