Mr. Prom Marikethya, Secretary Born in 1981, Mr. Prom Marikethya joined our organisation in 2004 and has held the position of Credit Department Manager. His background includes working with Concern World Wide (a local NGO) from 2002 to 2003 in BanteayMeanchey Province and with AMK Microfinance from 2003 to 2004. He has achieved a Bachelor Degree at the National Institute of Management, Phnom Penh majoring in Marketing. He is currently pursuing a MBA majoring in Management at Build Bright University. |

Mr. Sao Roeun, Member Mr. Sao Roeun is General Director of CBIRD. Born in 1950, he has over four decades of professional experience. His career commenced as a primary school teacher in Battambang, 1967 and he became a soldier from 1970 to 1971. As Office Chief of Community Development in Battambang from 1971 to 1975, he attended numerous national and international conferences. He was appointed as an Education Director of UNBRO at Site 2 Camp on the Khmer-Thai border between 1980 and 1992. He then became Branch Manager of ILO/ACLEDA between 1992 and 1999. |

Mr. Pon Seyha, Member Mr. Seyha is 29 years old and joined CBIRD in 2003. He was promoted to be Finance Manager in 2008. Cashier/accountant in Pailin in 2003, Admin/accountant in Pailin in 2005, he became Accountant Head Office in 2006. He achieved an Associate Degree in Banking from The Center for Banking Studies in 2003, and in 2006 obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Management and Economics. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Finance from the Build Bright University. |

Mrs. Chun Nounnimol, Member Born in 1973, Mrs. Chun Nounnimol is a Lecturer at the National University of Management in Phnom Penh and has held this position since 1997. She also serves as the Credit Coordinator at Acleda Bank PLC and holds a Master of Business Administration Degree. |
